Here is the villan...
Last week I ran at night and I stepped on a pinecone. My leg moved in a way I never knew it could. I am supposed to run a half marathon on Saturday... should be interesting. I had one knee surgery in high school and am thinking this knee is next. Blah.
Its amazing how something so small can do something so drastic. It just really bugs me that I am hurting so bad so close to race time. I have been training for months and this just...bugs me. I didn't do a long run this weekend and hope that by the time next Saturday rolls around it won't be so bad. Stupid pinecone.

I'm praying for your recovery so that you can accomplish your much desired and much worked (your butt off) for goal! I'm really proud of you and I hated to hear that this stupid conifer is thwarting you! Love you. I'm cheering for you.
